In this annual issue, our readers vote on who and what they think is the best in Bulloch County, selecting the best in people, places and things.
After 2,097 people voted, 1,000 people, places, events and businesses were deemed “choice” in the Boro. There were 189 categories.
In the following pages, you can view the entire list, and read about a couple of those folks that we decided to highlight. Nominations came in from March 15 through March 26 in four categories: Food (39 categories), People (43 categories), Places (97 categories) and Community (10 categories). There were a total of 6,946 nominations, and we had requests for more categories and some wanted to make nominations after that segment of the contest ended. Have no fear! We are always tweaking and you can watch for the contest and nominate your faves in 2022!
The voting period, which ran from March 29 through April 9, ended up with a total of 36,374 votes.
